Call Taker

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and record data
Locate customers with extreme accuracy
Enter data into the dispatch system
Correctly greet each customer
Provide quotes and etas for each job
Assist with day-to-day task

Requirements

Clean background
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Quiet work area
Type 40 wpm

Experience

Customer service (Min. six months required)
Map navigation and locating (Min. six months required)
Dispatching (Preferred)
Data Entry (Preferred)
Tow industry experience (Preferred)

Shift

4 days on 4 days off
Multiple shifts available
10-hour shifts
Holidays may be required
Training Shift -- Mon - Fri 5 pm - 1 am (10 weeks)

Location

Remote
Must live within 45 minutes of Middletown, DE

Salary

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour
